Quality POLICY:
We, the staff of CONSA are committed to impart quality education to prepare the nurse midwives to assume the responsibilities as professionals at basic level in providing promotive, preventive, curative & rehabilitative services to individual, family and community and society at a large. We are also committed to ensure continual improvement at all levels for achieving utmost satisfaction of students, parents, and society. This is done through total involvement of students, staff and management.
Quality Objectives:
1. To provide opportunity to teaching and non teaching faculty to upgrade themselves by participation of at least 50% staff in various training programmes /seminars /workshops /conferences during each academic year.
2. To attain more than 80% result in each academic year, with at least 25% students securing first class in each academic year.
3. To provide campus placement services to the final year students and to ensure that at least 75% of final year students are benefited from campus interview, at the end of academic year.
4. To provide opportunities to students for continual improvement/development by participation of at least 50% students in various training programmes/seminars/workshops/conferences/ personality development programmes/ sports etc during each academic year.
